Cube represents all the artisan food makers we love and believe in; the ones who start out in little factories, or rented kitchens, and only have their elbow grease and the desire to share something with others. Because really, as we wax poetic, by golly that is what it’s all about: food is for everyone. Food is to share, to continue a past we hold dear, and to connect us all.
